Project: Eastland Center, a 210-acre development in southeastern Independence, MO (contact: Steve Ehrhart). HAJ provided boundary and topographical surveying, site control surveying for the entire site; layout and engineering design for various sites within the development; all surveying required for the construction of storm and sanitary sewers, water lines, lighting and individual development parcels. Work is on- going.

SELECTED CROSS COUNTRY PIPE LINE ROUTE SURVEYS AND MAPPING EXPERIENCE
These jobs included surveying the routes (preliminary routes) and mapping the right of ways, construction staking for the centerlines of the pipelines, and doing all the necessary permit drawings, writing the easements, and drawing the survey plats necessary for the purchase of the right of ways.
WOOD RIVER PIPELINE, BASED OUT OF HAZELWOOD, MISSOURI (1980)
A 450 mile pipeline for Koch Industries out of Wichita, Kansas. This pipeline ran from Wood River, Illinois to Williams Bro's pipeline and Tank farm in Iowa. This project included major River crossings, and a docking facility along the Missouri and Mississippi Rivers.
SHELL PIPELINE FROM HOUSTON, TEXAS TO BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA (1978)
This pipeline project was for a ethylene pipeline that went from Houston, Texas to Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Levee crossings, River crossings, Railroad crossing permit drawings, Highway crossing permit drawings, Route Sheets and ownership drawings.
